... BEST DAY OF OUR LIVES!
Right before Eric and I headed to the HOSPITAL!
SO sorry....
SO when we booked my flight it was almost last minute, so we couldn't pick my exact seat. I ended up sitting in the middle... SO imagine me a little bit bigger than THIS.....
I swear it wasn't AS bad as it sounds, but I am just amazed about how many people DID NOT care or help me or even move out of my way. I am sure I was just overreacting but I almost lost all hope in humanity after flying home. Almost.
Poor Eric had to drive all the way across the country all by himself!! That man is a trooper! He did it in 3 days, only stopped to pee and sleep and sometimes eat. He, my friends, is my HERO. I love that guy more than anything!
decisions... decisions...

Visiting the land of LOVE BUGS.
So this is what they look like... not pretty. And this is a very realistic picture of what your car might look like after a day or so of driving around the Orlando area.
[obviously not OUR car] YUCK.
Anyway just thought I would share that little tid bit of information. :) NOW on to the good stuff!!
My beautiful Mother and very handsome brother Taylor came out to visit us (int he land of the love bugs) at the beginning of June! It was so much fun to have them here! We did tons of fun stuff! Poor Eric had to miss out on everything because he had to work.... boo. So mom and Tay got to go to one of my Dr. appts! It was not an ultrasound tho. BUT they did get to hear the heart beats! And watch me drink the nasty drink for the glucose test. I just guzzled that thing, and when I was finished my Dr. said "OH looks like someone has practice with chugging!"... ok super appropriate Dr. Balint... I promise I normally liked her. Anyway everything came back normal! We got to walk around Celebration!
I love and miss Celebration so much! There is not a whole lot I miss about Florida. Mainly just our wards, our friends, all of my Young Women, Celebration and 7/11s. Yep, thats about it. OH and the flea markets! My mom and I found some great finds at the flea market! Yay for finding old cheap furniture and refinishing it to make it yours and beautiful!
Drab dresser.....
Turned FAB. (I swear the lighting doesn't do it justice)
This is for Max and Kenley.
new sewing desk?! Ok fine talked me into it. (PS this is STILL a work in progress. Swear I will post pictures of the finished product as soon as I find time to finish it!) I also found some amazing chairs! We had to leave one chair behind in FL. BUT we got to bring one to Idaho with us! I will post a picture later. That one IS finished and we are using it in the babes room.
Taylor was only able to stay a couple days. And after he left is when mom and I really went crazy!! I swear we went to JoAnns at least everyday for 5 days. We had to just keep getting stuff! Luckily it was really close to where we lived. We found a lot of really cute fabric for blakents, carseat covers, and burp rags for the twins!
CUTE Covers! Oh thanks, I made them.
Also during this visit, my bestie Brittney teamed up with my mom to throw me a surprise BABY shower! WHAT?! How sweet of her! I LOVE HER!
I was SO surprised!!!!
Its a GIRL AND a BOY!
SO happy to have SUCH good friends!
LOVE each of these women very much! and MISS them!
CHECK out that CAKE!!! Courtesy of Mrs. Cassie Casperson! Baker Extrordinare. We ate TONS of cake....
Played games! MOM won!!!
And played more games! Eric is on the phone making EVERYONE crack up!
All in all I would say it was an excellent trip and well worth the drive out {for them, not for me}.
Until next time blogging world... Adios Amigos!

22 Weeks...
When are you due: Sept. 9 2011 (Eric's 27th birthday!!) Most likely the TWINS will come in August tho, so we are kind of planning on that. Hopefully NO earlier than that.
How many weeks?: Currently 22 Weeks and 3 Days
Was this planned or unplanned: Unplanned/Planned?? We weren't really expecting to get pregnant, but we weren't really doing anything to prevent it either. :)
How much weight gained: As of today...18 LBS! I am slightly torn between bursting into tears when ever I step on the scale, and JUMPING for joy! Because me gaining weight means these little munchkins are GROWING!!
Latest food craving: Still craving MEXICAN. We had a girls night on Friday and we went to this amazing place called Abuelo's. And it was SO GOOD! I cant stop telling Eric that we REALLY need to go there!
Your top two name choices or baby's name: We have decided on names!! We have been discussing names since before we were pregnant. Our BOY: Maxon James Massey. And our GIRL: Bentley Massey. Yes we want our daughter to have a middle name, BUT we haven't decided on one yet. BUT at least we have first names picked! We LOVE both of the names!
Worst Thing about being pregnant: Not being as agile as before. It is seriously a chore for me to get in and out of bed . {And trust me it is A LOT, especially with potty breaks, and the fact that our bed is the ONLY piece of furniture to sit on in our apt at the moment.} Our bed is kind of high and I seriously am going to need a stool to step on before long.
Best Thing about being pregnant: Ok as of right now I LOVE being pregnant! It is such an amazing experience! Plus with twins I get to eat 600 calories more a day! {its actually really hard trying to eat that much more a day!} My hair is beautiful and lush and GROWING! My skin, for the most part, is amazingly clear! Getting to feel my babies move inside of me! There are just so many great things about being pregnant! {I suppose I feel this way because I didn't have hardly ANY morning sickness. Lucky ME!}
The first person you told was: Eric of course! He and I had equal parts in creating these babies! And plus I think he would be a little upset if I told anyone BUT him first!
Are you more scared or excited: Excited! There are times when I get overwhelmed, but never really SCARED. I guess the only thing I am really SCARED about {Besides preterm labor}, is LABOR itself. Ideally I would LOVE to be able to do this thing all natural. I have heard so many WONDERFUL stories of natural birthing. BUT there is one thing hindering my desire, 50% of TWINS are delivered by C-Section. Keeping this in mind, I am going to just continue to HOPE for the best, but whatever NEEDS to happen, I will be fine with, of course. It doesn't matter HOW these babies get here, as long as they do safely.
Happy or mostly moody: I think a good helping of both. Maybe not MOODY, more just emotional. I dont really get MAD about things. But I do break down and have a really good cry about once a week, usually I just start stressing about things, or my feelings will get hurt, or I get home sick. But otherwise I am pretty HAPPY!
You pee an estimated __ times a day?: Including night time potty runs... probably about 15-16 times a day. I HATE IT! At my last dr. appt they found out that I had a UTI, apparently I wasn't drinking enough water. So I have been really good about drinking my 8 glasses+ a day. And all of this pressure on my bladder makes it so I have to pee all the time. I know it is good to have this much water. And normally I drink more that that! But just knowing what will happen makes it horrible. :)
Weirdest dream you've had since pregnant?: I have an insane dream probably every other night. Just the weirdest, most life-like dreams! I cant remember any specific ones because there are SO many!
Will you breast feed: YES. I hope so. It will be a challenge for sure with two! But I really want to give it a shot and see how it goes.

From TUMS to TUMMY Butter.
Total weight gain: 16 LBS! I have read that for a twin pregnancy, the usual weight gain is between 35-45 LBS. Well on my way I am sure.
Maternity clothes: I finally broke down LAST week and bought some Maternity Pants, already had some tops. I was pleasantly surprised how COMFORTABLE the pants were! A much better fit than my size 28's held together by a hair tie!
Stretch marks: None. Yet. Thank goodness. I am putting TUMMY BUTTER on my bell at least 3 times a day! I know it is most likely inevitable, but as long as I know I did everything I could to prevent, maybe then I won't be so sad when it happens!
Sleep: Essentially, nonexistent. I have to sleep with a pillow for my head, a pillow for the belly, one between my legs, and one at my back so actually stay put. Apparently I like to move around A LOT when I sleep. In fact I think Eric has been sleeping a lot better now that I am confined. No more suddenly waking up to me kicking him, kneeing him in the back, or elbowing him in the face. I feel like he is secretly grateful. Also, I cannot get comfortable whatsoever. And by the time I actually do, I wake up to go to the bathroom, or get a sudden Heart BURN attack and have to scrummage around in the dark for some trusty tums! And the whole process starts again. :)
Best moment this week: So I have been able to feel our babies moving around for a couple weeks now! And Eric get so jealous! And he will send me texts when he is at work, asking if they are kicking and moving around. And then as soon as he gets home he asks if they are moving, he just wants to feel them so bad! SO the other night we were laying in bed, I was reading and Eric was on his phone and I felt some movement! Grabbed his hand and put it on my bell, and he was able to feel it!! He got SO excited about it! I loved seeing him like that! He is going to be the BEST daddy!
Movement: These little monsters move around a TON! It is so fun for me to feel them moving around! Yesterday I had another Ultrasound (I get to have one every MONTH!), and it was so cool to see how much they move! Our baby boy is pretty active, moving around quite a bit. And his feet are actually right at our baby girls little face and I was just watching him kick her over and over again!!! So sad! They are already fighting! And our baby girl moves around a lot too! It has been hard to get a good picture of her during ultrasounds.
Food cravings: Haven't had a whole lot of crazy ones thankfully. What I actually crave a lot is Regular Coke. I have been cutting back a ton on soda for the past 2 years-ish. And when I do drink soda usually go for Diet Coke, or
Gender: Definitely a boy and girl!
Belly Button in or out: Haha it is actually halfway popping out!!! It feels so weird.
Our beautiful baby BOY!
